AzamPay seeks a senior database specialist to administer payment-platform databases and keep transaction services secure, recoverable and available.
Key responsibilities: Manage production, recovery and test databases; tune performance; oversee replication and failover; execute migrations and upgrades; design and test backups and disaster recovery; enforce access policies; automate routine database tasks.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Telecommunications or related discipline; in-depth Oracle and MySQL expertise; practical MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Linux and cloud knowledge.
Experience: Five to eight years of database administration; two or more years within financial services, telecoms or similar high-availability transaction systems.
